Applications for the 2019 Crestone retreat are now being accepted!
The Application Process
Click on the “Apply” button at the bottom of this page to access the application form. Then:
….1) Fill out the form. (If you have already attended a PTOD retreat, the process has been streamlined.)
….2) Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form and pay the $35 application fee to complete the application process.
Your application will be sent to the applications committee. Upon acceptance to retreat, you will receive a link to complete the registration process, where you will:
….1) select your room;
….2) pay your $400 tuition fee; and
….3) pay for your lodging (includes housing and all meals)

Scholarships / Financial Aid
Donations to retreat are used offer financial assistance to those who need it. If it would make the difference between attending and not attending the retreat, we encourage you to request financial assistance on the application form.
